Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation:

Once you’ve placed an order on our website and received confirmation from us, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of receiving this confirmation. Simply email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation.” Alternatively, if available, you can cancel your order by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button on the Order Confirmation/Thank You page. For orders paid via online methods, refunds will be electronically credited back to your original mode of payment. Unfortunately, for Cash On Delivery orders, refunds cannot be provided since no payment has been collected. Please note that cancellation is only possible if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Returns:

If your courier tracking information indicates delivery, but you haven’t physically received your shipment or product, please inform us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery scan provided in the tracking information.

Return Eligibility:

Each product’s eligibility for return is specified in a tab below its description on our website. If no return eligibility is mentioned, the product isn’t eligible for return. To return or exchange eligible products, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process:

Once we acknowledge your email/return request, we’ll arrange a pickup of the product(s) from your address. During pickup, ensure to hand over the product to the pickup agent and keep the Return Receipt SMS, as it’s the conclusive proof of return. Failure to provide the Return Receipt SMS may jeopardize the return or refund process.

If we can’t arrange pickup, you’ll need to dispatch the product back to our warehouse within 2 days of receiving communication from us.

Ensure the returned product is well-packed to avoid damage during transit. It should be new, unused, in its original packaging with labels, barcodes, and any other accompanying documents.

Refunds:

Refunds for online payments will be credited electronically to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days. For Cash On Delivery orders, we’ll issue a refund to your bank account or provide store credit. The refund amount excludes express shipping charges and may incur a restocking fee, if applicable.

Quality Issues:

If you receive a defective or damaged product (not due to your actions), inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll assess the damage and offer a replacement, refund, or other corrective measures if deemed genuine. If the complaint is found to be non-genuine, transport costs will be borne by you.

Customer Satisfaction:

If a product or service doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll offer a refund or store credit, but no further compensation will be provided.
